Sinarmas World Academy in BSD, Tangerang is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support workforce planning. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, onboarding, and documentation.

You will maintain a proactive talent pipeline, coordinate events, and help refine HR policies and processes to boost efficiency and employee experience. English or Mandarin communication skills are required, and a detail-oriented, data-driven mindset is essential.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from planning, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, agencies, and professional networks.
• Coordinate and schedule the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and follow up with candidates for timely progress.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee documentation from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist in planning and executing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, processes, and systems to boost efficiency and employee experience.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower planning and job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, professional networks, and other talent acquisition platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule the entire interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure timely progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee documentation from onboarding through offboarding.
• Assist in planning and executing company events and employee engagement activities, such as annual gatherings, team-building activities, and other HR initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and overall employee experience.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Fresh Graduate and proven experience (min. 1-2 years) as an HR Generalist or as Recruiter
• Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven - have an eagle eye for accuracy and are passionate about using data to tell a story and drive decisions. An interest in HR analytics is a huge plus
• Master Organizer - excel at time management and prioritizing a demanding task list
