Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia in Bogor is seeking a Recruitment and People Development Specialist to strengthen our talent pipeline and drive effective hiring. You will design and implement recruitment strategies, collaborate with managers and trainers, and help shape career paths for our team.

The role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, robust English skills, and a passion for developing our people to meet business goals. This is a full-time on-site position based in Bogor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HRM, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in recruitment in related industry.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and talent mapping.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English fluency is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill manpower needs based on approved MPP.
• Monitor end-to-end recruitment process within SLA.
• Develop and improve recruitment procedures.
• Recruit via social media, networking events, and job fairs.
• Manage talent pipeline and candidate databank.
• Coordinate training and talent development activities.
• Prepare monthly recruitment and people development reports and KPI achievement.
• Identify training needs through job analysis and career paths.
• Assess employees’ skills and performance to identify improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members, trainers, and management.
• Create curricula to support strategic training aligned with goals.

Job description

Key Responsibility:

• Responsible for fulfillment manpower needs based on MPP that has been approved by Management


• Monitoring end to end recruitment process to ensure hiring is facilitated and executed properly within the Service Level Agreements (SLA)


• Developing new procedures for recruiting and also improving the current practices


• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs


• Manage our talent pipeline and candidate databank


• Initiate & execute all training & learning development activities and talent management programs according to business needs


• Responsible to prepare monthly recruitment and people development report and KPI Achievement


• Identify and assess the training needs through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.


• Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.


• Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.


• Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent


• Experience in related job for at least 2 years in related Industry


• Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluating methods, talent management process, succession planning, and talent mapping


• Experience of sourcing candidates using various channels


• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, & Ms. Power Point)


• Fluent in English would be beneficial


• Willing to be placed in Bogor.
