Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with clients to define their talent acquisition needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned client requisitions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and key client stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance recruitment processes and service delivery.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to clients and internal management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or a related HR role, with a focus on partnering with external clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results.
• Strong understanding of various industries and functional roles within a business context.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and selection skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within the Indonesian market is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
