Job summary

Dupoin Futures is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring in Jakarta. You will partner with managers, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to fill vacancies quickly.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and process discipline, with a focus on building talent pipelines across fintech and technology domains. You will maintain records, support employer branding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in fintech, tech, startups, or financial services preferred.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment management for multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Source and build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
• Provide recruitment updates, market insights, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage offer preparation, salary negotiation, candidate communication, and pre-boarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment records, ATS updates, and hiring reports while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and multiple vacancies.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with recruitment tools, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
