Job summary

usmile is seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment & People Operations) to lead end-to-end recruitment while supporting people operations. The role emphasizes sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination, with additional responsibilities in onboarding, attendance, and admin tasks.

Fluency in Mandarin is required for daily communication. The candidate should have at least two years in recruitment and a degree, with preference for e-commerce experience.

Job Title: HR Executive (Recruitment & People Operations)

About the Role

This role is primarily focused on recruitment (70%), with the remaining 30% dedicated to people management support, attendance tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background, ideally within the e-commerce industry, and be comfortable communicating in Chinese.

Recruitment (70%)

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular progress updates
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

People Operations & Administration (30%)

• Support people management tasks, including employee follow-ups and probation tracking
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and system updates
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

• Bachelor's degree or above
