Job summary

Cermati.com in Jakarta is seeking an energetic Recruitment Specialist to source candidates across multiple channels and drive a continuous pipeline for business operations roles.

You will shortlist applicants, assess culture-fit, and work with hiring managers to track open positions, funnel metrics, and headcount needs.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in recruitment, strong interviewing, communication, and time management, and thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
• Excellent interviewing skills to identify talents, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Able to work with a large number of job applications and interviews daily.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes.
• Proactive, ambitious, and persistent.
• Recruiting knowledge on banking, insurance, and/or fintech will be a plus.
