Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for daily communication.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular progress updates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Support people management tasks, including employee follow-ups and probation tracking.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and system updates.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

HR Executive (Recruitment & People Operations)

This role is primarily focused on recruitment (70%), with the remaining 30% dedicated to people management support, attendance tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background, ideally within the e-commerce industry, and be comfortable communicating in Chinese.

About you
