Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a Contract Sales Promoters Performance Manager to oversee promoter teams across channels, ensuring effective deployment and capability development to drive sales growth and brand advocacy.

You will monitor targets daily, weekly, and monthly, coach underperformers, coordinate with agencies for recruitment, and ensure promoters follow campaigns, merchandising standards and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
