Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is hiring a contract Sales Promoter Performance Manager to lead deployment, capability development, and productivity tracking of promotor teams across channels in Sumatera Utara.

You will determine optimal headcount per region and store, monitor daily to monthly sales targets, coach underperformers, ensure selling skills and brand knowledge, and manage relationships with third-party manpower agencies to sustain quality campaigns and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
