PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk in Indonesia seeks a Contract Sales Promoter Manager to optimize promoter performance across channels, deploying capability development, tracking productivity, and driving sales growth, product visibility, and customer advocacy.

You will determine headcount by region, monitor targets, coach underperformers, and coordinate with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments; contract C.

Competenze

• Determine optimal headcount of promoters by region and outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for promoter force and coach underperformers.
• Ensure promoters are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promoters execute advocacy, campaigns, new product offerings and merchandising standards.
• Maintain relationships with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitment.

Job Purpose : To manage and optimize the performance of sales promotors across channels by ensuring effective deployment, capability development, performance tracking, and productivity monitoring to drive sales growth, product visibility, and customer advocacy

Main Responsibilities

• Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
