PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk seeks a Sales Promoter Team Leader to manage and optimize the performance of promotors across channels. You will ensure effective deployment, capability development, performance tracking, and productivity monitoring to drive sales growth and product visibility.

The role includes determining headcount per region and outlet, monitoring targets, coaching underperformers, and maintaining strong partnerships with third‑party agencies to secure quality recruitments.

Responsabilidades

• Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
