Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a dedicated account/field operations manager to oversee the promoter network across Bali. You will optimize headcount, drive visibility, and ensure productive deployments aligned with sales goals.

In this permanent role, you will coach promotors on selling skills, customer engagement, and brand knowledge, while coordinating with third-party agencies to secure quality recruitment and sustained performance improvements across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing promotors across multiple regions and outlets.
• Ability to coach underperformers and reallocate resources.
• Strong selling skills and knowledge of brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Determine regional headcount of promotors based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and coach underperformers.
• Ensure promotors have selling skills, customer engagement, and brand knowledge.
• Oversee advocacy processes, sales campaigns, new product rollouts, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain relationships with third-party manpower agencies for quality recruitment.

Job Purpose :

To manage and optimize the performance of sales promotors across channels by ensuring effective deployment, capability development, performance tracking, and productivity monitoring to drive sales growth, product visibility, and customer advocacy

Main Responsibilities

• Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
