Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a Contract Sales Promoter Manager to optimize the performance of sales promoters across channels in West Java. You will oversee deployment, capability development, and productivity monitoring to drive sales growth and brand visibility.

You will determine headcount per region, monitor targets, coach underperformers, and coordinate with third-party agencies to ensure quality recruitment and effective merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
