Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk in Gorontalo is seeking a Contract Sales Promoter Manager to optimize promoter deployment across channels, develop capabilities, and track performance to drive sales growth and product visibility.

You will coordinate with stores and third-party agencies to ensure quality recruitment and alignment with merchandising standards while reporting performance and implementing advocacy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Determine optimal headcount of promoters for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promoters are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promoters execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
