Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking an experienced professional to manage and optimize the performance of sales promotors across channels. You will focus on effective deployment, capability development, performance tracking, and productivity monitoring to drive sales growth, product visibility, and customer advocacy.

The role requires a minimum of 3–5 years in Telecommunication, Sales & Distribution, or related fields, with a contract (C) employment status.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Management is a minimum requirement.
• S1 degree in Marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy processes, sales campaigns, new product offerings, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain relationships with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitment.
