Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with finance/accounting focus.
• Able to source/passive and active candidates.
• Strong understanding of financial terminology, roles and trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Familiarity with ATS preferred.
