Kekal Credit Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist with a finance focus. This fully remote role in Indonesia involves sourcing, engaging, and managing end-to-end recruitment for finance roles.

You will work with clients and candidates across the country, delivering a seamless, efficient experience. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in finance or accounting roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive and active candidates.
• Strong understanding of financial terminology, roles and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Familiarity with ATS is a plus.
