Amartha is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on finance roles. This fully remote position allows you to recruit finance professionals across Indonesia, managing the end-to-end process from sourcing to interview to offer.

You will collaborate with clients and candidates, ensure a smooth experience, and stay updated on finance industry trends while maintaining accurate records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience focused on finance or accounting.
• Ability to source and engage passive and active candidates effectively.
• Strong understanding of financial terminology, roles, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
