Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with a focus on finance or accounting roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive and active candidates.
• Strong understanding of financial terminology, roles, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
