Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with finance/accounting focus.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive and active candidates.
• Strong understanding of financial terminology, roles, and industry trends.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
