Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in BPM/management consulting or similar.
• Proven experience in process mapping, SOP development, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Map As-Is processes and analyze interdependencies to understand current workflows.
• Design To-Be processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and clarity.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; translate findings into recommendations.
• Develop SOPs, RACI matrices, and governance documents to ensure alignment with standards.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and digitization of workflows.
• Support validation and implementation of improvements with cross-functional units.
• Prepare analysis reports with actionable insights for management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
