Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge in designing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ability to coordinate with business users for changes to SOPs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Draw business process flows from operational into diagrams according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Actively coordinate and consult with business users for changes or updates on business process.
• Actively gather complaints from business users for areas lacking automation.
• Find and suggest areas of improvement in business processes including any reengineering as per industry best practices.
• Coordinate with business users for routinely updating the SOP according to current processes.
• Provide proper documentation for business process improvement.
• Provide reports to direct Supervisor and suggest improvements related to time, effort and cost.
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
