Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk in South Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Business Process Analyst to map as-is workflows, identify gaps, and define To-Be improvements.

You will develop SOPs, RACI matrices, and governance documents, drive standardization and digitalization, and partner with business units to implement actionable changes. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related disciplines; master's is a plus.
• 3–5 years in business process improvement or BPM consulting.
• Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and governance documents.
• Excellent research, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct As-Is process mapping to understand workflows, responsibilities, controls and interdependencies.
• Develop To-Be process designs and practical improvements for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, duplication, and inefficiencies; translate to actionable recommendations.
• Develop and update SOPs, Work Instructions, and RACI matrices for governance.
• Drive process improvement via standardization, integration, and digitalization.
• Support validation, walkthroughs, and implementation with business units and subsidiaries.
• Prepare analysis reports and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

Job Description

• Conduct As-Is process mapping and analysisto understand existing workflows, activities, responsibilities, controls, and interdependencies.
  
• Develop To-Be process designs and recommend practical improvements to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and process clarity.
  
• Analyze and review business processes toidentifyprocess gaps, bottlenecks, duplication, and inefficiencies, translating findings into actionable improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, , or related disciplines.; Master's degree is a plus.
  
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Management Consulting, or a similar function.
  
• Proven experience in business process mapping, process analysis, SOP development, and process improvement.
  
• Strong business acumen with excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Great communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Draw, io, or similar tools is an advantage.
  
• Willing to travel frequently to any subsidiary locations as required
