Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk is seeking a Business Process Improvement & Procedure Analyst to map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design To-Be processes. You will develop SOPs and governance documents, drive standardization, and support implementation across units and subsidiaries.

The role requires 3–5 years in BPM or related consulting, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Occasional travel to subsidiary locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, BPM, or related consulting.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, SOP development, and improvement.
• Willing to travel to subsidiary locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct As-Is process mapping to understand workflows, responsibilities, controls, and interdependencies.
• Develop To-Be process designs and recommend improvements for efficiency and clarity.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, duplication, and inefficiencies and translate findings into action plans.
• Develop and update SOPs, Work Instructions, and RACI matrices for governance alignment.
• Drive BPM initiatives through standardization and digitalization to boost effectiveness.
• Support walkthroughs, validation, and implementation of improvements with Business Units and Subsidiaries.

Job Description

• Conduct As-Is process mapping and analysisto understand existing workflows, activities, responsibilities, controls, and interdependencies.
  
• Develop To-Be process designs and recommend practical improvements to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and process clarity.
  
• Analyze and review business processes toidentifyprocess gaps, bottlenecks, duplication, and inefficiencies, translating findings into actionable improvement recommendations.
  
• Develop, review, and update SOPs, Work Instructions, RACI matrices, and other process governance documents to ensure alignment with operational conditions and corporate governance standards.
  
• Drive Business Process Improvement initiatives through simplification,standardization, integration, and digitalization of processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Management Consulting, or a similar function.
  
• Proven experience in business process mapping, process analysis, SOP development, and process improvement.
  
• Strong business acumen with excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Great communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Draw, io, or similar tools is an advantage.
  
• Willing to travel frequently to any subsidiary locations as required
