Job summary

Role includes developing SOPs, RACI matrices, and governance documents, and coordinating with business units and subsidiaries to implement improvements. willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of BPM, BPM‑related consulting, or similar experience.
• Experience mapping As‑Is and To‑Be processes with governance docs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct As-Is process mapping and analysis of workflows.
• Develop To-Be designs and practical improvements.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and propose actions.
• Create SOPs, RACI matrices, and governance docs.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and digitalization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subsidiaries; monitor actions.
• Prepare reports with actionable insights for management.
