Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK is seeking a Business Process Improvement professional to map As-Is processes, design To-Be solutions, and produce governance documents that align with corporate standards. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities include driving process simplification, standardization, and digitalization across units, validating improvements, and monitoring follow-up actions with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related field; Master's is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in BPM/Process Improvement or consulting.
• Experience in mapping, analysis, SOP development and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Support validation, implementation and monitoring of actions with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and assist in risk management frameworks and mitigation.
• Prepare analysis reports and present insights to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subsidiaries to ensure alignment.

Job description

• Conduct As-Is process mapping and analysis to understand existing workflows, activities, responsibilities, controls, and interdependencies.


• Develop To-Be process designs and recommend practical improvements to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and process clarity.


• Analyze and review business processes to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, duplication, and inefficiencies, translating findings into actionable improvement recommendations.


• Develop, review, and update SOPs, Work Instructions, RACI matrices, and other process governance documents to ensure alignment with operational conditions and corporate governance standards.


• Drive Business Process Improvement initiatives through simplification, standardization, integration, and digitalization of processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.


• Support process walkthroughs, validation, and implementation of improvements in coordination with Business Units and Subsidiaries, including monitoring of follow-up actions.


• Identify, assess, and monitor business risks, while supporting the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and mitigation plans.


• Prepare analysis reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.


• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective execution of process improvement initiatives, and achievement of corporate objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, , or related disciplines.; Master's degree is a plus.


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Management Consulting, or a similar function.


• Proven experience in business process mapping, process analysis, SOP development, and process improvement.


• Strong business acumen with excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Great communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.


• Experience with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Draw,io, or similar tools is an advantage.


• Willing to travel frequently to any subsidiary locations as required
