Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK is looking for a Business Process Improvement professional to map current workflows and design future state. You will analyze activities, roles, and controls to drive clearer, more effective processes across units.

Role includes developing SOPs, RACI matrices, and governance documents, and coordinating with business units and subsidiaries to implement improvements. willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of BPM, BPM‑related consulting, or similar experience.
• Experience mapping As‑Is and To‑Be processes with governance docs.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Conduct As-Is process mapping and analysis to understand existing workflows, activities, responsibilities, controls, and interdependencies.
• Develop To-Be process designs and recommend practical improvements to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and process clarity.
• Analyze and review business processes to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, duplication, and inefficiencies, translating findings into actionable improvement recommendations.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs, Work Instructions, RACI matrices, and other process governance documents to ensure alignment with operational conditions and corporate governance standards.
• Drive Business Process Improvement initiatives through simplification, standardization, integration, and digitalization of processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support process walkthroughs, validation, and implementation of improvements in coordination with Business Units and Subsidiaries, including monitoring of follow-up actions.
• Prepare analysis reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective execution of process improvement initiatives, and achievement of corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, , or related disciplines.; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Management Consulting, or a similar function.
• Proven experience in business process mapping, process analysis, SOP development, and process improvement.
• Strong business acumen with excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Draw, io, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Willing to travel frequently to any subsidiary locations as required
