Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a Presales Solution Engineer to analyze customer requirements and design solutions across Automation, Data Migration and Integration, and Application Monitoring.

You will prepare architecture, proposals, sizing, licensing, and BoM, while delivering technical demos and PoC/PoV to stakeholders. The role involves workshops, technical recommendations, and close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Partners, including UiPath, IBM, New Relic, and Datadog.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years in Technical Presales or related roles.
Understanding of Automation, Data Migration & Integration, and Application Monitoring.
Familiarity with architecture sizing and licensing.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end solutions across automation and integration.
Prepare solution architecture, sizing, licensing, and BoM.
Conduct product demos, PoC/PoV, and solution workshops.
Provide technical recommendations and advisory to customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery Teams, Vendors, and Partners.
