Job summary

PT KAIROS UTAMA INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned Presales professional to translate customer requirements into IT solutions and design compelling architectures. You will prepare technical proposals, demos, and POCs, and collaborate with Sales, Solution and Delivery teams to craft feasible, competitive solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in presales or related fields, client-facing experience, broad IT knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, and apps, plus strong proposal and presentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, or a related role.
• Experience in client-facing and consultative solution development.
• Broad understanding of enterprise IT, with exposure to infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and solution architecture.
• Experience supporting product demonstrations, POCs, or technical validations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate IT solutions.
• Design and develop solution architectures based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Work closely with Sales, Solution, and Delivery teams to develop feasible and competitive solutions.
• Support technical discussions, clarification sessions, and tender processes.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
