Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a Presales Solution Engineer to analyze customer requirements and design solutions across Automation, Data Migration and Integration, and Application Monitoring.

You will prepare architecture, proposals, sizing, licensing, and BoM, while delivering technical demos and PoC/PoV to stakeholders. The role involves workshops, technical recommendations, and close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Partners, including UiPath, IBM, New Relic, and Datadog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Technical Presales or related roles.
• Understanding of Automation, Data Migration & Integration, and Application Monitoring.
• Familiarity with architecture sizing and licensing.

Presales Solution Engineer (APM, Automation, Data Integration)

This is a Technical Presales role focused on analyzing customer requirements and designing solutions across Automation, Data Migration & Integration, and Application Monitoring. You will prepare solution architecture, technical proposals, sizing, licensing, and Bill of Materials (BoM), while conducting product presentations, technical demos, PoC/PoV, and solution workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and design solutions across Automation, Data Migration & Integration, and Application Monitoring
• Prepare solution architecture, technical proposals, sizing, licensing, and Bill of Materials (BoM)
• Conduct product presentations, technical demos, PoC/PoV, and solution workshops
• Provide technical recommendations and advisory to customers
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery Teams, Vendors, Partners, and Principals to develop and deliver solutions
• Collaborate with technology partners such as UiPath, EDB, Axway, IBM, New Relic, Datadog, CyberArk, and others
• Coordinate with Vendors/Principals on product capabilities, technical solutions, PoC support, and technical escalations
• Support customer meetings, tenders, RFP/RFQ, and other presales activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Technical Presales, Presales Engineer, Solution Engineer, System Engineer, or related roles
• Good understanding of Automation Data Migration & Integration, and Application Monitoring solutions
• Familiarity with solution architecture, system sizing, licensing, and technical proposal development
• Experience or knowledge of solutions from UiPath, EDB, Axway, IBM, New Relic, Datadog, CyberArk, or similar technology providers is a strong advantage
• Experience working with vendors, principals, partners, or technology providers is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Confident in presenting technical solutions to customers, IT teams, management, and C-level stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Vendors/Principals, Delivery Teams, and customers
