Job summary

PT. Kairos Utama Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Presales/Solution Architect to translate customer requirements into IT solutions and to design end-to-end architectures.

You will prepare technical proposals, demos, and POCs while collaborating with Sales, Solution, and Delivery teams to ensure competitive, feasible offerings. The role requires strong communication skills, client-facing experience, and a broad enterprise IT understanding across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, or related roles.
• Experience in client-facing and consultative solution development.
• Broad understanding of enterprise IT, including infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and solution architectures.
• Experience supporting product demonstrations, POCs, or technical validations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with multi-opportunity management.
• Fast learner, resilient, adaptable, proactive and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate IT solutions.
• Design and develop solution architectures based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, product demos, and POCs.
• Work with Sales, Solution, and Delivery teams to develop feasible solutions.
• Support technical discussions, clarifications, and tender processes.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
