Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate client needs into solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business challenges, objectives and requirements with the BD team.
• Conduct client discussions and discovery sessions to identify processes and needs.
• Collaborate with Poland-based technical team to map requirements to solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations explaining services and proposed solutions.
• Support in preparing business and technical proposals, scopes and documentation.
• Translate client requirements into actionable information for the technical team.
• Join client meetings to explain solutions and address questions.
• Coordinate with technical team to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
• Communicate project requirements to the technical team as opportunities progress.
