Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT or equivalent is required.
• PM certification would be advantageous.
• Professional in Business Analysis certification preferred.
• IIBA membership is required.
• ITIL or other relevant technology certifications are desirable.
• Experience with common enterprise tools and platforms is expected.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions.
• Supports analysis, transformation and problem resolution with technology.
• Determines business requirements and defines solutions across processes and systems.
• Delivers projects in line with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture.
• Develops and deploys enhanced services and platforms across the full lifecycle.
• Documents operational gaps with user guides, templates and test cases.
• Assists with issue resolution and follows development/support processes.
• Communicates and escalates issues to ensure timely closure.
