Job summary

PT Global Solusindo Kompudata is hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to bridge customer business needs with technical solutions. You will work with Sales, technical teams, and vendors to understand challenges and craft compelling demos and proposals.

You will translate technical capabilities into business value, deliver presentations to diverse audiences, and ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible before handover to implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
• Experience in Pre-Sales or solution engineering preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication may be considered.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networks.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales during the pre-sales process.
• Understand customer challenges and gather requirements.
• Design high-level solution architectures.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos.
• Coordinate with vendors for clarification and certification.
• Provide technical handover to implementation teams.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and certifications.
