Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd seeks a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions, analyze requirements, identify gaps, and collaborate with project and application teams to ensure successful solution design, testing, and implementation.

You will develop and execute SIT plans, support UAT and training, and prepare BRD, Business Case, and UAT documentation with required sign-off while managing risks and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into tech solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business problems, requirements, and technology.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Develop and execute SIT plans and test cases.
• Support UAT, user training, and implementation activities.
• Prepare BRD, Business Case, and UAT documentation with sign-off.
• Identify risks and communicate them to stakeholders.
