Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies seeks an Integrated Solution Strategist - Power to lead strategy and integration of offerings across our consulting organization. You will align market demand with existing solutions, communicating clear value propositions to enterprise sales and delivery teams.

The role requires extensive Power industry experience, senior advisory capabilities, and the ability to drive strategic growth with key clients and partners globally.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in a business/consulting environment in Power Industry.
• 8+ years experience in one or more solution areas (delivery or development).
• Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategy and solution development; provide thought leadership to enterprise sales and execution teams.
• Assemble integrated offerings across solution teams to meet client needs with clear value propositions.
• Collaborate with marketing, client account managers, and regional leaders to inform strategy and growth.
• Foster external relationships with clients and ecosystem partners and manage market insights.
