Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks an Integrated Solution Strategist - Power to lead the development and alignment of integrated offerings across markets. The role demands market expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong value proposition for clients.

You will shape go-to-market strategy, drive strategic pursuits, and nurture relationships with clients and partners while guiding multi-team solutions and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in a business/consulting environment in Power industry.
• Experience articulating business needs and creating innovative solutions.
• Bachelor's degree; engineering preferred; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and inform go-to-market strategy of new integrated offerings.
• Craft and articulate the value proposition of new solutions.
• Partner with teams to align investments with client needs and growth areas.
• Collaborate with CAMs, Segment Leaders, and Enterprise Evolution Teams on strategic accounts.
• Serve as senior advisor for high-quality outcomes and enablement.
• Drive pursuits strategy with CAMs and Solutions teams.
• Build external relationships with Clients and Ecosystem Partners.
