Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies seeks an Integrated Solution Strategist for Power to align offerings with client needs across regional markets. You will lead strategy, articulate value, and partner with innovation and account teams to shape multi-solution deployments.

You will drive market intelligence, advise on pursuit strategies, and mentor teams to deliver integrated services that meet evolving energy demands across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in a business/consulting environment in Power Industry.
• 8+ years experience in one or more solution areas (delivery or development).
• Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering. Master's degree preferred.
• Comprehensive market awareness for key markets (South East Asia) with understanding of client needs.
• In-depth understanding of Black & Veatch Solutions and sub-offerings.
• Experience articulating the business need for and involvement in creating innovative solutions.
• Marketing and Business Development experience in taking a new solution to market.
• Pursuit strategy development and management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with/adapt to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and strategize integrated solution offerings aligned with focus markets.
• Craft and articulate the value proposition of new integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Innovation to align investments with client needs.
• Coordinate with CAMs, Client Segment Leaders, and Evolution Teams on account strategy.
• Establish relationships with clients and ecosystem partners.
• Act as trusted advisor to CAMs on focus areas and client plans.
• Guide marketing, business development and proposals budgeting for assigned areas.
• Understand region-specific strategy to respond to changing market trends.
