You will leverage market expertise and coordinate across solution teams to craft compelling value propositions and drive growth.

The role requires 12-15+ years in consulting in the Power sector, strong leadership, and ability to work with regional leaders to address evolving market demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering; master's degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years in a business/consulting environment in the Power industry.
• Experience articulating business needs and creating innovative solutions for clients.
• Marketing and business development experience in taking a new solution to market.
• Pursuit strategy development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategy for integrated solutions offerings aligned with market needs.
• Collaborate with CAMs, segment leaders, and evolution teams to drive sales playbooks and client experience.
• Serve as trusted advisor to ensure high-quality outcomes and enablement for complex activities.
• Drive pursuit strategy with CAMs, solutions teams, and the Pursuits Team.
