Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking an Integrated Solutions Strategist to lead strategy and development of integrated offerings for Power market needs. You will align market demands with solution teams, articulating compelling value propositions, and guiding enterprise sales and execution teams.

The role requires 12+ years in a business/consulting environment, deep market awareness in SE Asia, and strong experience in strategic advisory and pursuit management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in a business/consulting environment.
• Comprehensive market awareness for SE Asia including Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore.
• Experience articulating business need for innovative solutions for clients.
• Marketing and business development experience taking a new solution to market.
• Pursuit strategy development and management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and strategize integrated solutions aligned with focus market areas.
• Collaborate with CAMs, Client Segment Leaders, and Enterprise Evolution Teams on strategic account management.
• Drive market strategy and client engagements, ensuring clear value propositions.
• Lead external relationships with Clients and Ecosystem Alliance Partners and act as trusted advisor to CAMs.
