PT Pacific Bio Industry seeks a People & Organizational Development Officer to lead recruitment, induction, and development initiatives. The role focuses on manpower planning, training, and performance management to support organizational growth.
The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years in HR/OD, with strong communication and English fluency. Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Manage recruitment, induction, and employee orientation processes to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies according to approved manpower requirements and budget
Provide qualified candidates based on departmental requirements and approved manpower planning
Maintain and update organizational structure, manpower planning, vacancy status, and position data
Conduct and support Training Need Analysis (TNA) based on competency and business requirements
Prepare and monitor the annual training plan and budget
Coordinate and implement Learning & Development programs to improve employee competencies and performance
Support career development, talent management, succession planning, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and trainer pool activities
Monitor and evaluate employee competencies and recommend appropriate development initiatives
Coordinate the employee performance appraisal process, including KPI and competency assessment, to support objective and measurable performance evaluation
Conduct and update Job Analysis, Job Description, and Job Evaluation to ensure role clarity and appropriate job structure
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Development, Organizational Development, Recruitment, Learning & Development, or a related field
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Good teamwork and stakeholder management skills
Good presentation and public speaking skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
