• End-to-end recruitment
• Develop training and policies, procedures, and standards for all activities related to assessment and employee development according to organisational needs
• Support HR strategy in analysing and providing services in organisational structure
• Analyse workforce, competencies, performance indicators and operational procedures aligned with organisational vision, mission and strategy
• Design and implement various development initiatives, action plans, programmes, and training materials
