Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta is seeking an experienced OD professional to drive people development and performance management at its Cikarang site. The role focuses on building competency frameworks, KPI alignment, and IDP programs to support career paths and succession planning across departments.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in OD or related fields, strong analytics, and advanced Excel skills to create dashboards and reports for leadership. Placement is in Jababeka 2, Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in psychology, human resources, management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years in Organizational Development, People Development, or Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of OD, Performance Management System, Talent Management, KPI Management, IDP, and succession planning.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup) and dashboard reporting.
• Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.

• Minimum 3 year of experience in Organizational Development, People Development, Human Capital, or Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of Organizational Development (OD), Performance Management System, Talent Management, KPI Management, Individual Development Plan (IDP), Career Path & Succession Planning
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, Lookup, Dashboard Reporting) will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
