Job summary

PT Material Konstruksi Bangunan membuka posisi HR yang bertanggung jawab atas operasional HR, rekrutmen, administrasi karyawan, dan pengembangan organisasi di lingkungan manufaktur. Anda akan memantau kehadiran, disiplin, serta KPI dan program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Kandidat memiliki gelar S1 Psikologi Industri dan minimal 3 tahun pengalaman HR dengan pemahaman kuat terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun di HR, lebih disukai di industri manufaktur.
• Pemahaman kuat tentang hukum tenaga kerja Indonesia dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
• Menguasai manajemen HR, termasuk rekrutmen, administrasi HR, program kerja HR, dan KPI.
• Kendali dokumen ISO 9001 adalah nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Kelola operasi HR, rekrutmen, administrasi karyawan, dan pengembangan organisasi.
• Pantau kehadiran dan disiplin karyawan, serta evaluasi KPI dan program pelatihan.
• Kendalikan proses payroll dan administrasi pekerjaan.
• Atur analisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan struktur organisasi.
• Kelola rekrutmen end-to-end dan orientasi karyawan baru.
• Lakukan sourcing aktif dan kelola talent pool.
• Koordinasikan dengan pengguna dan kandidat selama proses perekrutan.
• Siapkan laporan perekrutan dan kemajuan proses hiring.
• Kembangkan serta kelola sistem, kebijakan, dan prosedur HRGA.

Job description

This is a Human Resources position responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, employee administration, and organizational development in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Monitor employee attendance and discipline

Manage KPI assessment and training programs

Supervise recruitment and employment administration

Monitor payroll processes

Analyze manpower needs and organizational structure

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

Conduct active sourcing and maintain talent pools

Coordinate with users and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Prepare recruitment reports and hiring progress

Develop and manage HRGA systems, policies, and procedures

About you

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Psychology

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws and Employment Regulations

Strong knowledge of HR Management, including recruitment, HR administration, HR work programs, and KPI management

Familiar with ISO 9001 documentation and implementation is a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Honest, loyal, responsible, and able to work well under pressure

Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
