Bale Udang Mang Engking Kuta is seeking an HR professional to manage employee relations, contracts, and workplace administration across outlets in Bali. You will oversee contracts validity, renewals, amendments, terminations, and maintain proper personnel documentation.
Key tasks include coordinating with Operations and Management, handling complaints, enforcing regulations, and preparing regular HR reports.
Manage employee relations and communication across all employees, ensuring effective employee relations operations. Handle administration and monitoring of employee work contracts, including validity periods, renewals, amendments, and terminations. Ensure employee personnel documents are complete, valid, and properly documented.

Coordinate with, Operations, and Management regarding employee needs and issues
Handle complaints, disputes, and employee relations problems and provide solutions in accordance with company policy
Ensure implementation of company regulations, SOPs, and employment provisions across all outlets
Monitor employee discipline, attendance, leave, absences, and violations
Manage HR correspondence processes, including employment agreements, warning letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and other administrative documents
Prepare regular HC reports regarding manpower, work contracts, employee relations, and employee administration
Support Management in maintaining a conducive work environment and improving employee engagement and retention
About you
Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Management, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR/HC, particularly in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, or GA
Experience handling employee work contracts and employment administration
Understanding of basic Employment Law and industrial relations
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Assertive, detail-oriented, with integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data
Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or companies with multiple outlets is an advantage
