Job summary

AEON Indonesia is seeking an Organization Development & Talent Management Manager to design and align the company’s structure with strategic goals. You will develop competency frameworks, career paths, and succession plans while integrating HR processes into a single, objective framework.

You will conduct workforce planning, governance reporting, and project-led initiatives, supervising at least one team member. Experience in retail and HR systems integration is highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, management, HR or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management or Manpower Planning.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Experience integrating HR systems (HRIS / performance management systems preferred).

Requirement:

Min. 6 years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, or Manpower Planning. Experience in Retail Industry is plus.

Strong expertise in organization & workforce design, job and competency architecture, performance and talent system management, and HR governance.

Proven experience in developing competency-based HR frameworks and integrating HR systems (HRIS / performance management systems preferred).

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to structure problems and frame data-driven decisions.

Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills.

High sense of ownership, accountability, integrity, and governance awareness, with the ability to balance fairness and business needs.

Proven Experience supervising a team member and managing projects end-to-end.
