PT. AEON Indonesia seeks a training coordinator to deliver programs across our store network. You will train all employees, apprentices and outsource workers from planning to reporting, and prepare tools and equipment.
A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of trainer experience are required, preferably in retail. You will coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter and help management ensure compliance with company regulations, with rotating mall hours.
Conduct training to every employee, apprentice and outsource in appointed store
Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, starting from scheduling to reporting
Prepare training tools and training equipment
Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program
Support store management to ensure every employee and outsource follow company regulation
Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department
Bachelor degree from any major with proven experience in deliver training with minimum 3 years experience as trainer, preferably in retail industry
Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology
Excellent communication and presentation skill
Passionate in teaching and developing people
Have training certification will be an advantage
Willing working with shifting schedule following Mall Operational Hour.
Willing to be placed AEON Mall Deltamas - Cikarang
