Job summary

AEON Indonesia is seeking an Organization Development & Talent Management Manager to design and align the company’s structure with strategic goals. You will develop competency frameworks, career paths, and succession plans while integrating HR processes into a single, objective framework.

You will conduct workforce planning, governance reporting, and project-led initiatives, supervising at least one team member. Experience in retail and HR systems integration is highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, management, HR or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management or Manpower Planning.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Experience integrating HR systems (HRIS / performance management systems preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and align organizational structure, role clarity, and job architecture with business strategy.
• Develop and standardize competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning systems.
• Integrate job descriptions, competencies, performance management, and promotion processes into a consistent framework.
• Conduct workforce planning and capability gap analysis to support manpower strategy.
• Govern competency assessment, certification, performance cycles, and promotion validation processes.
• Support talent mapping and succession readiness to ensure leadership continuity.
• Develop OD & TM policies, SOPs, and data-driven governance reports.
• Supervise a team member and ensure quality project delivery.
