AEON Indonesia BSD Tangerang is seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee retail store development, renovation projects, and on-site supervision of contractors to ensure adherence to specifications.

You will monitor progress, timelines, and budgets, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve issues while ensuring safety compliance and proper documentation. On-site work at AEON BSD Tangerang with travel as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or building management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in retail, commercial building, or supermarket projects is advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and project scheduling tools.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site at AEON BSD - Tangerang and travel when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, building management, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Experience in retail, commercial building, or supermarket construction and renovation projects is an advantage.

Proficient in AutoCAD and other project scheduling tools is an advantage.

Good command of Microsoft Excel for project monitoring, budget tracking, and reporting.

Good knowledge of construction methods, project management, and building maintenance.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work on-site based at AEON BSD - Tangerang and travel to project locations when required.
