Job summary

PT. AEON Indonesia is seeking a trainer to deliver training across stores in Jakarta. You will conduct training for employees, apprentices and outsource workers, coordinating from scheduling to reporting, and prepare training tools.

You will work with HR Training Head Quarter to implement programs and ensure compliance with company regulations, while proposing improvements. The role requires a bachelor degree and at least 3 years of training experience in retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major with proven experience in delivering training with minimum 3 years experience as trainer
• Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Passionate in teaching and developing people
• Have training certification will be an advantage
• Willing to work with shifting schedule following Mall Operational Hour
• Willing to be placed AEON Mall Jakarta Garden City (JGC) - Cakung, Jakarta Timur
